Hold enough ArCash and you get a bank you can see, on a street, with a door people walk into. It earns a share of the fees the token already collects, it grows when you buy more or simply when you wait, and the wallet next door can send someone to take part of what it earned. Around the banks lives a city of real citizens, and the banks vote on what happens to it.

1. 01 Hold, and a bank goes up

   0.01% of the supply is the door fee, and the plot is fixed by your address. It climbs 20 tiers, from a cash kiosk to the Citadel, and there are two ways up: buy more, or hold what you already have. Holding pays out over a month: after 30 days without selling your bag counts double, and the clock restarts the moment you sell anything.

2. 02 The fees fill the treasury

   3% of every buy and sell lands there in USDC. Each payout is a share of what the pot holds, never a fixed figure, which is why it can shrink but never empty. Your cut is your cut of the supply.

3. 03 It pays itself out

   No claim button anywhere. Every 2 hours the epoch closes and the money is already in your vault. What is still earning is the only thing exposed, and guards decide how much of it survives.

4. 04 Send one thief

   One thief, one bank, once per epoch. No dogpiling, and a guarded bank cannot even be picked. Bring the specialist that beats their door, read the odds, take a slice of the epoch. Never their tokens.

5. 05 A new era, from 1,000 citizens

   On 13 September 2026 the city started over with 1,000 people. Every citizen is a record that works, rents, falls in love, has children and dies. A city day lasts one real hour and newcomers arrive every hour, so you can watch the town grow night by night on its way to 100,000. The city never touches your payouts.

6. 06 Banks vote, twice a day

   City Hall opens a dossier every 12 hours: a mortgage, a business loan, relief for a family. Connect your wallet, open DAO and vote. It is a free signature, not a transaction. It takes 3 banks to decide; otherwise the default written on the dossier applies when its 12 hours run out.
